12M FISHING TENDER
|Type of Vessel||12M Fishing Tender|
|Length Overall||12 Metres|
This 12 metre fishing tender was purpose built for fishing in cold climates and rough seas, including Alaska. The client needed a boat that could handle the challenging conditions of rough waters and cold climates, so safety and handling was paramount. The fishing tender was built to fit and be lifted onto a 50 metre shadow boat that would follow the 127 metre mother ship. The owner loved his fishing, and Brad Moseley and his team worked closely with his representatives, Jorley International, to design a boat that was not only commercially operational, but also included some of the more luxurious features and comforts that the owner was used to.
The timeframe of this build was very challenging, and the project had to meet a strict deadline to allow transport to the Mediterranean on time. In addition, the client’s representative was based overseas, 8 hours behind Western Australia’s time zone, providing more challenges for the project management. However, Brad Moseley and his team worked closely with the owner’s representative and designed, built and delivered this 12 metre fishing tender in 5 months, successfully meeting all the project’s milestones.
This project build is a prime example of customisation to a client’s needs, offering a fishing tender that meets the performance requirements of high speed whilst at the same time meeting the challenging conditions of rough seas and extreme climates.
We have no hesitation in recommending Shoreline, and hope that in the future we may have the opportunity to build with them again.
